Praying for America

God's Original Intent

ISAIAH 62:1

For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace,
And for JerUSAlem’s sake I will not rest,
Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
And her salvation as a lamp that burns.

"raising up a body of believers in Christ for UNIFIED--FERVENT--STEADFAST

praying for America according to Isaiah 62:1"

UNIFIED: brought together as one

FERVENT: very hot; exhibiting or marked by great intensity of feeling

STEADFAST: firmly fixed in place; immovable

IMPORTANT POINTS OF PRAYER

+ UNIFY the body of Christ in America to be as one in speaking (praying) the same thing (1 Cor. 1:10)

+ UNIFY the body of Christ in America to be as one in being righteousness, "goes forth as brightness"

+ UNIFY the body of Christ in America to act as one in restoring our nation to the founding principles of righteousness--doing things God's way according to His Word.

God's, "original intent" for America: to be a model for ALL nation's of God's people empowered by Christ's righteousness to obey the Word of God and to preach the gospel to those who live in America and to ALL the nations in the earth.

We are called as a nation, to be the vessels of righteousness that goes forth as brightness and to demonstrate the power of and to preach the gospel of salvation, through Jesus Christ, as a lamp that burns.

WE CAN DO THIS--WHEN WE JOIN TOGETHER AS ONE!

for a description of righteousness goes forth as brightness,

And her salvation as a lamp that burns.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as the earth brings forth its bud, As the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations. Isaiah 61:10-11
